ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT EVALUATION PROCESS

 

• The application must be completed and submitted to begin the Economic Development process by the applicant. 

• Economic Development Division to review application & determine what applicant is eligible to receive. 

• The applicant is notified & explained eligible incentives, and City Contract is provided for the incentives. The contract outlines eligible incentives and obligations associated with each incentive.

• Following the applicants' signature of the contract, the contract will be presented to Kissimmee Commission for approval. Applicant is introduced and welcomed at this same Commission meeting. 

• Following Commission approval, Economic Development Division will send notifications to all respective groups of incentive eligibility and proceed with respective actions. 

• The Economic Development Division will monitor the enterprise for any applicable contract compliance.
